Jerrod Moton – CEO and Founder
Jerrod Moton has over 20 years of experience in providing high level IT solutions to the government. Mr. Moton has supported agencies including: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Joint Chiefs of Staff Pentagon, Air Force, Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Interior (DOI), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Department of State (DOS) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). He also spent time as a Department of Homeland Security Deputy Branch Chief government official in charge of deploying Information Assurance solutions within DHS and procuring supporting contracting staff. Through his government support, Mr. Moton was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation from former Department of Homeland Security CIO, Richard Spires, for his deployment of an Enterprise-wide single sign on identity management enabled solution, which saved DHS over $40 million.
Mr. Moton led his Business Development Team as the Capture Manager and Solutions Architect for the $119 million prime contract award to perform ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) for VA. This was the largest civilian ServiceNow ITSM contract to date. Over the course of Mr. Moton’s career, he has been able to capture over $3.2 Billion in government contract awards.
Artie Chin – Chief Delivery Officer
Artie Chin serves as Chief Delivery Officer at Goldman Edwards, where he leads enterprise-wide service delivery, customer success, and modernization execution for federal and state government clients. A nationally recognized technology executive, Chin brings decades of experience leading large-scale modernization, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and mission-critical technology delivery across the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Prior to joining Goldman Edwards, Chin served as Chief Technology Officer for the Federal Highway Administration at the Department of Transportation, where he oversaw a $145 million IT portfolio and led modernization initiatives across cybersecurity, cloud migration, digital services, and operational technology. He also directed deployment of the agency’s first centralized discretionary grant platform supporting more than $350 billion in federal infrastructure programs under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Earlier in his career, Chin held senior executive leadership roles at HUD and the Federal Housing Administration, overseeing modernization initiatives supporting one of the nation’s largest federal insurance portfolios. As HUD’s Deputy CIO and Chief Digital Services Officer, he led the FHA Catalyst initiative, consolidating more than 27 legacy insurance and financial systems into a unified cloud-based platform supporting over $1.3 trillion in insurance-in-force. The transformation improved operational efficiency, enhanced customer experience, reduced long-term operational costs, and leveraged cloud-enabled automation to reduce mortgage insurance claim processing times from 17 months to 17 seconds.
Chin’s leadership has earned multiple federal honors, including the DOT Secretary’s Award for Creativity and Innovation and HUD Secretary’s Awards for Excellence and Distinguished Service.
At Goldman Edwards, Chin is responsible for advancing delivery excellence, scaling modernization programs, and driving mission-focused outcomes across federal civilian sectors. His leadership reinforces the company’s strategy of combining commercial innovation with deep government operational expertise.
Sandy Sarge – Chief Financial Officer
Sandy Sarge, MACC, is a seasoned financial and operational executive with 34+ years of experience in highly regulated industries. A former Price Waterhouse auditor and Mortgage Banking CFO, she later served as Divisional CFO and Senior Vice President of Operational Finance for a national education system, overseeing $400M+ in revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Sandy founded her consulting practice in 2012, providing expertise in financial operations, financial aid compliance, accounting infrastructure, and strategic leadership. She is also the co founder and initial investor of Human Centered Technology, Inc., a mobile platform advancing inclusive culture, engagement, and workforce productivity.
She has served as a primary negotiator on the U.S. Department of Education’s Gainful Employment Rulemaking Committee and continues to contribute as a public advocate and accreditation Peer Reviewer. Sandy holds a MACC from the University of South Carolina and a BBA from Texas A&M University.
Anthony Moseley – Chief Technology Officer
Anthony Moseley is an accomplished Enterprise Solution Security and Cloud Architect with over 25 years of experience in designing high-performance networks, security architectures, and cloud-native solutions. A results-driven leader, Moseley has a proven track record of spearheading large-scale digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives within complex federal environments, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Throughout his career, Moseley has served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, including Chief Technology Officers and Deputy CIOs, helping to align technical roadmaps with organizational lines of business. His leadership experience is extensive, having managed multi-disciplinary engineering teams of up to 44 personnel to deliver mission-critical infrastructure projects. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements while ensuring robust security governance and operational efficiency.
Moseley’s technical expertise spans the full lifecycle of enterprise and solution architecture. He has successfully led end-to-end migrations to Microsoft Azure and AWS, utilizing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models to achieve scalability and cost optimization. His deep specialization in cybersecurity includes vulnerability management, incident monitoring, and the implementation of advanced security controls such as Zero Trust frameworks, PIV-based multi-factor authentication, and DevSecOps. He is also a pioneer in Software Defined Networking (SDN) and hybrid cloud strategies, ensuring infrastructure resilience through rigorous Disaster Recovery (COOP) and high-availability design.
In addition to his professional achievements, Moseley is committed to technical excellence and continuous improvement. He is well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies and holds multiple high-level certifications, including Microsoft Azure Architect and Azure Security Engineer. His academic background includes studies in Information Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Moseley remains dedicated to driving innovation and securing the nation's most sensitive digital frontiers through disciplined, thorough, and innovative architectural leadership.
Mori Ghazzawi – Chief Quality Officer
Mr. Mori Ghazzawi joined Goldman Edwards, bringing a career marked by excellence in IT training development, knowledge market expansion, and management. For more than 31 years, Mori has been in the IT training space serving the US government , private companies, colleges and universities and government contractors with significant training, consulting services and programs spanning the globe.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ghazzawi was tasked with transformative business strategy and development within management. He achieved year-over-year success by fostering and utilizing a team approach to sales generation and excellent customer satisfaction.
Rick Murphree – Vice President of Internal Operations
Dr. Rick Murphree has earned Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership and Management and master’s in business administration. With a career defined by transformational leadership, strategic agility, and an unwavering commitment to company success, Dr. Rick Murphree has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, higher executive, and global business operator capable of driving results in complex and highly regulated environments. Throughout his career, he has managed organizations with budgets exceeding $70 million and teams of more than 100 employees, leading institutional turnarounds, accreditation initiatives, enrollment growth strategies, workforce education programs, and operational transformations across the United States and internationally.

His ability to align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities has enabled him to deliver measurable impact across government, public and private organizations.
A seasoned strategist with expertise spanning business operations, regulatory compliance, finance, human resources and legal, Rick possesses a deep understanding of the evolving challenges facing today’s marketplace.
Rick’s leadership style was profoundly shaped by his military service. From serving on the front lines in an infantry battalion to later operating in strategic leadership roles as an officer, he developed the discipline, adaptability, and mission-focused mindset that continue to define his approach today. His military background sharpened his ability to think critically under pressure, pivot quickly in changing environments, and rally teams around strategic priorities to achieve ambitious goals.
Beyond higher education and business leadership, Rick is deeply committed to public service and community advocacy. Most recently, he ran for City Council and won an election as neighborhood commissioner in Washington, D.C. on a platform centered around accountability, transparency, and strengthening local communities. He believes strong communities are the foundation for economic opportunity, educational advancement, and long-term prosperity.

Ivelisse Lauret - Vice President of Recruiting
Ivelisse Lauret, Director of Recruiting, is a dedicated and passionate talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in the field. At Goldman Edwards, she specializes in recruiting top-tier professionals for agencies, supporting both federal and state government contracting initiatives, including the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and the State of Maryland. With over 11 years of progressive Human Resources experience and 7 years in Operations, Denise is a strategic HR professional known for driving organizational growth through strong leadership, employee engagement, and operational excellence. She specializes in employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and building inclusive workplace cultures that support both employees and organizational goals.
Holding a degree in Psychology, Denise brings a strong understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics, allowing her to effectively lead teams, develop people-focused strategies, and foster collaborative work environments. Glynn Robbins – Lead Technology Specialist
As Lead Technology Specialist, I bring more than two decades of experience spanning technology, creative media, and business operations. My background includes graphic and web design, digital media management, video production, multimedia marketing, IT support, and freelance consulting for clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations across industries including retail, corporate services, brand and product development, motorsports, and sports television production.
